I have reached the end of the road searching for an upper beak replacement for Sunny. She is beautiful, healthy and thriving on Harrison’s crumble. She is available for adoption.

“Yes Dr Speer’s had some ideas that were inspiring. But nothing that would help sunny. Most of his ideas involve repair of fractures and temporary prosthetics to allow for regrowth. We still don’t have a great way to attach a full upper beak prosthetic that will withstand the forces a parrot puts on its beak. Sorry to get your hopes up. “
I certainly appreciate Dr Hoppes effort on behalf of Sunny, and I never regret hope.
