Here are a few more details regarding the webinar:
You will need a computer and speakers. You can call in from your computer for the audio. However you can also use a land line to call (cell phones work too, but reception might be poor) A telephone with speaker phone capabilities will be best. Because the presentations will include video, computers with high speed internet connections are best suited for the webinar.
The webinar will be set-up in this fashion:
We will give you a toll free phone number & code to call into (you’ll be given prompts) or choose the option to call from your computer.
Once in you will be able to view the Power Point presentation and hear the presenter as well as the live audience.
We will have a web cam on the presenter. You can choose the video option if you would also like to view the presenter while looking at the Powerpoint.
Webinar attendess will be on mute to avoid background noise. However you will be able to ask your questions in writing via a special box on your computer screen.
We will be recording the entire day & send you a DVD of it afterwards.
*****PLEASE NOTE: The webinar will take place from 8AM-5PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME. If you are in another country or different time zone, plan to attend at the appropriate corresponding hours.
