Jim called yesterday from Ambergris Cay, an atoll off of Belize south of the Yucatan. His cold has kept him from diving but he has been able to do a lot of sight seeing. He said the village in Ambergris Cay is not very much to look at but the water is beautiful. Ocean front lots are $100,000 US and he is looking for a deal.

Tomorrow he is flying to the Windy region of the Cayo district, which is mountainous rain forest. He told me about the free flying parrots and toucans, and has been taking lots of pictures. He has his laptop with him and is set up to get and send email. He said he was having trouble finding a place to plug in.

The start of trial was delayed so I am back in the area for two weeks, after two weeks in LA. Then I have to go back to LA before going to Guam. I have rented an apartment at the Milano on Harwood in Euless. I will pass on the address when I move in.
